Terms of delivery

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping is free for orders of USD 100 or above. For orders under USD 100, a shipping fee of USD 10 will be charged. Any exceptions are labeled accordingly. Available items will be charged and dispatched immediately. Backordered items will be charged and dispatched as soon as they become available. You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Delivery time is 3-5 business days for the East Coast and 7-10 business days for all other locations except AK, HI and VI (up to 15 days). Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed. EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Express shipping is available on in-stock items at an additional fee of USD 50. To order Express shipping, please contact us at support@cinematicpicturesgroup.com. Express orders placed on weekdays by 10:00am EST will be delivered the next business day. You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. We provide flat shipping costs for international orders which is the average cost to all countries outside the US.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payments by credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa) and PayPal. All list prices are exclusive of sales tax.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Please note: We cannot make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

If the content of your order is incorrect, or arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs. You may also opt for a replacement delivery (subject to availability). If you received a damaged item, please contact us at support@cinematicpicturesgroup.com with details of the defect, including pictures if possible.

All digital product and service sales are final.

We do not accept returns for Prints, but will process a refund if product arrives damaged.

To receive a refund, please return your item/s to us within 14 days of the delivery date and in the same condition you received it to the return address below:
